A Pandemic (MGCQ) Board Meeting

 As the government eased down IATF restrictions a bit to Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ) for the whole month of November 2020, the board attempted a face-to-face board meeting on our most well ventilated space... the Roof Deck.  Truth be told some of the challenges here would be ambient noise particularly if meeting with internal audit via online and we're met with internet down time. Hence, downstairs meeting is still preferable.
