Day 3 (2025/11/28) Notes - ALERTQC

 Awareness, Lifesaving and Emergency Response Training (ALERT QC) is a three-day capacity building program organized by the Business Permits and Licensing Department (BPLD) in partnership with Quezon City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (QCDRRMO).

The program features a comprehensive suite of learning modules, including an overview of the Be R.I.C.H.E.R. Scorecard a strategic framework for assessing an establishment's level of Resilience, Inclusivity, Climate Action, Health and Emergency Responsiveness. It likewise covers critical areas such as Disaster Preparedness and Risk Mitigation for earthquakes, floods and other emergencies; Fire Protection and Safety Management; and First Aid and Immediate Emergency Response to foster prompt, coordinated and effective action during crisis situations.
