QCitizen ID Registration Caravan at Excelsior
There will be a QCitizen ID Registration Caravan at The Eastwood Excelsior Condominium on February 20-21, 2026 from 10:00am-4:00pm. Please make sure you have the required documents (see the list below) to be able to register for a QCitizen ID.
You may actually register online for a QCitizen ID though the advantage of caravans like the one in Excelsior is that they have a PVC ID printer so you can have the physical ID card immediately. So if you registered online before, already verified, but no physical ID yet then the caravan is a chance to finally get it.

What is the QCitizen ID and who can apply?
The QCitizen ID is the city's unified identification system designed to speed up and simplify access to services, programs, and benefits offered by the city government.

Who are eligible?
There are four (4) types of QC IDs available for:
- Residents
- Persons with Disability (PWD)
- Senior Citizens
- Qualified Non-residents (Those studying, working, or owning property/businesses within the city).

How to Apply
To begin your application, register first on the QC eServices portal at https://qceservices.quezoncity.gov.ph using your own active email address.

- Digital Driver’s License with QR Code
- Postal ID

- Civil Registry Certificate of Live Birth
- Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID (IBP)
- School ID (Current school year with applicant’s name) (Front and Back)

- Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA ID)
- NBI Clearance
- National Police Clearance
- Philhealth ID
- Proofs of Residency (Utility bills for the last 6 months under the client’s name):

- Bank Statement
- Register or log in to QC E-Services.
- Choose and click ‘QC ID eApplication’.
- A step-by-step instruction will be shown for your guidance.
- A notification will be sent upon approval of your application. Should your application be rejected, applicant will be informed of the reason for rejection. Simply reapply and submit the corrected data/document.
- You may process your QCID on the ground floor of the Civic Center, Building A, inside the Quezon City Hall Compound.
REMINDERS:
- Strictly one QC E-Services account for one email address used.
- If applying for other family members, make sure to use a different email address and different QC E-Services account.
- Disclose the correct and active contact numbers, as you may receive notifications via your contact number.
