Staff Training - Emergency Response (TEL3, TEL2, LeGrand I & II)

 Emergency Response Training

Conducted By :  Grandeur Security
Date : April 29, 2022 @ 9:00am
Venue : TEL3 Back Office
Resource Speaker : Arthur Bryan B. Sanchez, PT, EMT-D

With representative staff from :

The Eastwood Lafayette III
The Eastwood Lafayette II
Le Grand I
Le Grand II

The Eastwood Lafayette III is proud to be a venue for this essential training of not just our own TEL3 staff but of TEL2, LeGrand I, and LeGrand II staff as well.   While Lafayette III may be currently subscribed to Lifeline Emergency Quick Response Services ,  however Emergency Response Training  is  integral education for our very own First Responder ERT Team as in the case of heart attacks the first 10 minutes is critical and would be a life and death situation.

This seminar was intended to be internal for staff at first but this this shall by no means be the last.   As in the 4 A's of Universal Growth Principle : Awareness, Acceptance, Action, Adherence these seminars must be repeated in order to imbibe the learnings within our frontliners.  Eventually it would extend to A-dvocacy and such safety trainings will be extended to the first responders in the individual homes in Lafayette III as well.

This is just the beginning...

NOTE :  The Meeting Hall is the actual position for meetings and seminars.  However, it currently houses the large gym equipment while the gym room is still under construction.

Next to it is the old shelf from the abandoned PABX system which shall be a book shelf for old donated books from Mr. Reggie Guevara and Ms. Joy Santos (Salamat Po!). Personally I'm donating my old college programming and electronics books since everything is online nowadays. Adjacent will be the electrical/electronics workshop area for our maintenance crew but will be  available for staff interested in UPSKILLING themselves. They'll probably learn CAD (Computer Aided Design) here too...

Technologies evolve... Needs evolve... like LED lamps, LAN cabling etc... and our staff needs to UPSKILL as well... They shouldn't be just cleaning grease traps forever... for their own Personal Growth...

Here's looking towards the future...
