Launch of myTEL3home.org

 

This informational site was a long time coming but has just recently materialized with the desire to give members of TEL3CAI easy accesss to information about the 3 main documents of TEL3CAI namely the Master Deed, its By-Laws and Articles of Incorporation.

This then grew quickly into chronicles of projects for The Eastwood Lafayette III Condominium accomplised by Team TEL3 namely the Board of Directors, Property Management FOPM, and Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Security Staff....

This site is just in its first few baby steps and will eventually grow more and more as the days, weeks, months and years go by...

Digitization of TEL3 Master Deed and By-Laws

Whereby previously available copies of the Master Deed, Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of  The Eastwood Lafayette Three Condominium Association Inc. (TEL3CAI) have only been on scanned image format of the original documents. 

The objective of this project is to convert the scanned images into selectable text format so that sections can be easily cut and pasted for reference into future discussions. 

Originally this section shall contain the selectable text form of the documents.  However, future posts will delve into sections of the documents to explain and educate the readers.
