We're Kicking Off the 2023 BER Festivities...

Update :  The Paint-by-the-Numbers kits are already ordered yesterday due to arrive on the 5th (Tuesday). For this trial activity we will start with a small with a 20x20cm canvas but will try to go with bigger sizes next time. The handpicked designs are attached at the bottom. Cheers -- Team TEL3

Dear Residents of  Lafayette III,

Once more in the Philippines 'Tis the (longest) season to be jolly...  and rightfully so as after a more than 3 years bout with the COVID-19 pandemic -- amid the different quarantine classifications with probably as much variants as the virus... and the vaccines, the face masks, the face shields, and even the ridiculous motorcycle barrier -- the W.H.O. on May 5, 2023 finally declared an end to COVID-19 as a global health emergency.

We didn't really have to wait though for such declaration as early this year we already had a Post Valentine's Day Piano Night and to continue with our mantra "We're Building Community @ myTEL3home ..." we are now bringing back BER Festivities (with a vengeance I suppose).

As an opening salvo of for our BER Festivities we shall be holding a "Sing & Gogh".   Gogh in reference to Vincent van Gogh who was a Dutch Post-Impressionist painter and is among the most famous and influential figures in the history of Western art who even became an inspiration to Don McLean's song "Vincent (Starry, Starry Night)".  

Some may be familiar with this activity which involves "Paint-by-the-Numbers".  Why painting and what happens when we paint? Art activities provide for relaxation, stress-relief makes us feel happier and more focused.  It improves overall mental wellness.

As this is a new and trial activity we are limiting the Paint-by-the-Numbers kits to 20 so please pre-register at the admin office if you are participating... Kits shall be sold at cost at around 100 pesos per 20cm x 20cm canvas and 60 pesos per easel... or you may bring your own...  Karaoke and chit-chat however is unlimited and free...

For this activity... Coffee and music on us... Food and drinks shall be B.Y.O. (Bring Your Own) ... Though of course "Sharing is Caring...😉"
